For a small employer, hiring employees can be an important, if not the most important, task to be accomplished. At The Financial Group Inc., it takes almost two years of training to get an employee to be a real contributor to our company. If that person leaves within the first couple years, it is expensive. In a small company, this type of turnover leads to a reduced quality of life for the owner and co-workers.

Vector Corporation uses the Profile XT on the Web as part of the final process in selecting candidates. We have been very pleased with the information the Profile XT provides. The Profile XT tells us of an individual’s thinking style, behavior traits, and interests. Vector can then determine which of the candidates will be the best “fit” for our job. Since the Profile XT tells us about the candidate’s learning style, we adapt our training so the employee can learn most effectively.
